A manual induction sealing machine is a handheld or tabletop device used to seal containerslike bottles, jars, and tubsby bonding a foil liner (induction seal) inside the cap to the containers rim using electromagnetic induction.

Instead of touching the surface and applying heat directly, it generates a highfrequency magnetic field that heats just the foil liner inside the cap. This melts the liners heatseal layer so it fuses perfectly to the containers mouth, creating a secure, tamperevident, leakproof seal.

How It Works Simple Steps

1. Fill the container (e.g., bottle with juice, medicine, cream).

2. Place an induction foil liner inside a plastic or nonmetal cap.

3. Screw the cap onto the container.

4. Place the sealer head over the cap and activate (press a button or hold the trigger).

5. The machine emits a magnetic field that induces heat in the foil liner.

6. The liner bonds to the container rim forming a sealed barrier.

No direct heat or flame touches the product or container surface.
