About Dual nozzle TIJ printer 25mm

A TIJ (Thermal Inkjet) printer is an industrial coding and marking device that uses thermal inkjet technology (similar to HP cartridges) to print text, barcodes, logos, serial numbers, and variable data directly onto products and packaging without labels.

Dual head means the printer has two independent print heads that can either:
Print taller graphics or codes by stitching output together, or
Print two separate line messages simultaneously (e.g., batch code + expiry date).

How Dual Head TIJ Works

TIJ printers heat tiny resistors in the print head to eject ink droplets from a cartridge. This thermal process is clean, maintenance-free, and uses standard ink cartridges (no bulky reservoir tanks).

Dual heads take that same inkjet tech and either place them side by side (for larger print areas) or operate them independently on separate sections or products.
