A high-power induction sealing machine operates by generating a strong electromagnetic field that heats an aluminum foil liner inside the cap of a container. This heat melts the sealing layer, bonding it tightly to the container opening and forming a hermetic (airtight) seal.

Unlike traditional sealing methods, this process is non-contact, meaning heat is generated directly in the foil without touching the container.
